Feels like CNY. My aunts and uncles have been blessing me wit big red pkts, thanks thanks :) Last min really got a lot of relatives offer to drive us. Touched touched. But above all, mum alr promised her best fren, Auntie LY, to drive us over.

My luggage is very big. Looks exaggerating, but I heard that everyone's luggage are big as well. haha. No choice!! The thick winter clothings are taking up too much of space! Oops, despite winter time, I brought along the tee that N405 did for me too! hee. Thanks Eza for the China card! Saved me from some troubles :)

My dept held a farewell BBQ for me, at West Coast Park last Saturday.

I've been to sch for 2 hrs just now; sitting beside a monster. laughs. Seriously, when I saw Monster A in the lab. First thought, GG! But well, that monster and me came to an agreement, peace. Hopefully, that peace will last!! hah. Wadever it is, he still passed me some drama files :) TY.

Jelinda, Arthur, Derek, Wei Looooooon, Darren blahblah are also in the same lab. Most imptly, GladysNg is beside my lab only! (Anw, one week only wad. Flying off soon~)

Bought white fungus boiled wit red dates & longan from Chinatown all the way to sch. Specially for GladysNg, Tao and AO. They better be happy! Cos the dessert's not cheap plus it's good for skin!

Liang Lin, Tao and Gladys were sweethearts today because they came to acc me for quite some time.. despite time factor. I mean, they're rushing for their final presentations & reports thats due tmr. Love love!

Because I was the senior intern there, they want me to go and collect some old invoice. LUCKILY I insisted to have Grace and Shi Hui along wit me, that storeroom feels haunted ): Okay, lets not discuss it further.

Anw, I brought Grace to People's Park (Kent Holidays) to help customers register VISA. Wheeee! Managed to squeeze out 30mins for light shopping :D Well, 30mins is better than nothing. Moreover, it's ard 4.30pm, still working hours. Bought some ear studs.

Heard of duck satays before? Or even, deer-meat satays?
My funny colleagues wanna order them for my farewell BBQ.

Today was a day of pain. And more pain.
Imagine gastric and cramp clashes; how pain can it be?

Dated Gladys and May to Bugis. Supposed to be a happy girls day, yet screwed by pains. Despite the abcdefg pain, I die also want to meet GladysNg. IF NOT, she'll nag & blame me the next time she sees me, FOR SURE. Aha.





During dinner, I came to know a lot of things that I've been missing out. It was more than disheartening to hear the stories of how the current batch is doing. Really, I felt sad.

I cross my heart and say; wadever the seniors do, they mean the best for you guys. And eh hello. If you guys wanna prove yourself and do better than us, at least, DO IT. For golly goodness! ACTION SPEAKS LOUDER THAN WORDS. No, we're definitely not looking down on you guys. But up till now, seems like there's only high aims and poor actions. Remember, leaders who are so caution and careful abt the tongues of others WILL NEVER GO HIGH. It's not just about preserving reputation and social standing. It's abt the passion to drive a vision even wit persecuted ideas and advocates. Lastly, be responsible enough to bear consequences, yet NOT play hero. If seniors can do it, I see no reasons why the juniors can't.

On urge to lose weight urgently!! I felt so guilty for not exercising during attachment days; I only eat and eat and eat and eat.. Cheryl Lim, please invite me to go jogging wit you whenever you do.

The thought of turning 20 in a year sent me jitters.. :(
If I were to be as fat as current when I turn 20, I rather not live.
So I made a short vow to myself, I must hit down to 49kg when I turn 20.

Saturday after work, as usual, my girls and me left the company together. We saw big crowds gathering ard our work area. I mean, BIGGGGG crowds (ard hundred plus ppl?) Feels like Jacky chan is filming an ad in Singapore. Super exagerating! Being curious, we took glances from our workplace. But because the crowds were THAT big, we caught nothing in sight.

Yeah, who don't know that the aging population in Chinatown is high? Heidi and Xue Ni inferred that there must be some poor old uncle/auntie who tripped at the staircase. And they were like, so confident of their guess.."Must be must be!"

I casually loose my imagination, and hit a black bingo.
Jokingly, "It might be a robbery case and the robber might have stabbed an old uncle into the chest.. Because the robber wants to murder him so that the poor man couldn't give chase, scream for help and recognise the robber!"
Heidi almost threw her bag at me for the wild thought.

This morning, Boss and Grace passed me this newspaper article to broadcast on CRM to the whole company.

Too sweet to resist yeah.

I like the prawn & raw bacon! :D:D

We had a choice of salmon or beef for our main course.
I chose the salmon one, of course.



The salmon is a lil too.... FRESH! And Cheryl was complaining away that the salmon is tooooo fresh :D In fact, I thought the salmon was so fresh that, THE SALMON IS SO SALMON! Haha.

Too bad I'm not a beefy person, else I'll surely want to give a try!


Desert was strawberry ice-cream in a shallow pool of sweet watermelon juice.
The thin slice of maple crisp added to my liking for this dish!

I still rem ah lim exclaimed aft the first mouth of ice-cream, "Your chef need assistant?"
Because even the strawberry ice-cream itself, is a surprise!
Imagine the lumps of berries inside.. sour yet not very sour.

Actually this desert is not inside Lez Brasserie menu.
